Welcome to the new OneLastRep.com website. This site is going to be used as part “web log,” and part “how-to” on exercise, nutrition, and overall fitness. We plan on having several videos as well as images, diet plans, and instruction on how to get fit, fast! My goal is to share my journey into fitness with you and provide instruction, motivation, and inspiration. It’s been awhile since I have been serious about fitness. A job, a mortgage, a wife, and a kid have all played their role into my hiatus from the gym. However, it’s time I get back into the swing of things and we’ll start from the beginning.
